Women Cell of BCM College celebrated International Women Day on the theme “Invest In Women—Accelerate Progress” to sensitize the pupil teachers and to renew their collective commitment towards achieving gender equality. Poem Recitation Competition was organized to make the day momentous. Ms. Anjali was declared first followed by Ms. Kanwalpreet at the second position and Mr. Anirudh & Ms. Upasna at the third position. Agile BCMites very enthusiastically sang songs, showcased PowerPoint Presentations and videos on the aforementioned theme sensitizing one and all to create a world free of bias, stereotypes, and discrimination. Students displayed their artistic skills by making thought provoking posters on International Women Day. Principal Dr. Monika Dua congratulated the participants and the Incharges of Women Cell of the College.
